About Me
I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you—whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, recovery, or simply searching for more balance and peace in your life.
I graduated from Fordham University in New York in 2002 and have spent much of my career helping individuals and families through life’s challenges. Along the way, I also paused to raise my children, run a daycare, and even share my love of skiing as an instructor. These experiences taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of connection—qualities I bring into every therapy session.
In 2020, I returned to clinical social work full-time at Wasatch Crest Treatment Services, where I worked extensively in addiction and recovery. That experience reinforced my belief in the resilience of people and the power of compassionate support.
Now, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I feel honored to offer therapy in both Park City and Salt Lake City. I strive to create a welcoming environment where you can explore, grow, and move forward at your own pace.
